The 2,300 square foot property is comprised of a 3-bedroom/2½ bath deluxe house available for weekly and weekend rentals. - 3-bedroom/2½ bath: Loft Master Suite upstairs, 2-bedrooms downstairs, double-sided gas fireplace, large open kitchen with all modern appliances, spacious Living Room and Recreation Room.

- Tipitina's TV/HI-FI: A live streaming audio/video from the world famous Tipitina's with a audio via a hi-fi stereo system wired throughout the entire house and Backyard Patio.
- Loft Master Suite: The upstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed; table and chairs; pillowed smoking lounge; large bay window and (2) 3' x 6' French Doors with a view of the parade route during Carnival time.
- Rooftop Party Gras Deck: With entrance from Upstairs Loft Master Suite, this deck overlooks the beautiful, bamboo backyard and parades, which flow down Tchoupitoulas during Mardi Gras.
- Backyard: The 8 person hot tub is the focal point of the beautiful red brick courtyard surrounded by bamboo; 14' x 27' covered back porch with 10-person bar; ceiling fans and washer dryer. Upstairs 14' x 27' benched party deck (for parade viewing.)
- Capacity: The 3-bedroom/2½ bath section sleeps 8. Private party capacity is about 75 people inside and outside.
